Results
WHAT CHANGES AFTER THE JOB
Records from Open Seas' own operations: the same part of the vessel, before and after cleaning. This is the material that goes to the client and supports the go-ahead for the work.

After Propeller boss and blades
Fouling built up on the boss and blade roots raises roughness and eats into propulsive efficiency. After polishing, the bronze surface comes back.

After Sea chest grating
The openings were choked with barnacles, restricting seawater intake. After cleaning, the slots run clear again and the antifouling coating reappears.

After Draught marks
A mark under slime cannot be read — and the draught reading is what a cargo check rests on. After cleaning, the figures are legible again.
